Thing fucking sucks but it seems like it would be best as a staller to me because of the high Special Defense.

Best I can think of, Roost isn't really useful because it's going to die like shit anyway, Infest or Encore for trapping things so you can Baton Pass successfully. only other use would be putting up screens I suppose.
