Why? Are there things that you outspeed only as Timid? Are there things you OHKO/2HKO only as Modest?

Do you have general preference on going for +Speed vs +Attack/Special Attack on fast sweepers, or do you do it on case by case basis?

general rule: pokemon between 101 and 130 base speed should always be +speed. there are too many threatening pokemon around those speeds that you always want to beat

With Timid, you have a chance of web+attack
With modest, you'll only get the web

Gotta go Timid with a 108 base in speed, any Pokemon with a 95 base speed with a +speed nature and investment in speed will outspeed you and probably kill you due to your low defences (even with some investment).

According to serebii that's literally another 100 Pokemon that will now outspeed you
