How much are berries worth?

What are some sought-after berries, besides the ones from BM obviously?

You can use the hybrid system to get most of the berries that are normally unavailable. For example, you have a chance of getting Salac berries if you plant Grepa and Roseli berries next to each other.

I guess these berries are worth the most(below the BM berries) but I haven't seen many people trying to get them yet.(especially since there aren't all that many Pokémon that benefit from these berries over conventional battle items)
