If it's brazilian, spanish, or mexican, you already know it's going to be garbage.

American is a toss-up, if female it's probably shit, males are 50/50.

Japanese is usually the best with all sorts of good breeding run-offs with egg moves/HA/IVs, but there's still a fair amount of shit.

Since when were they good?
The best one I got was a Nosepass with Pokerus from Canada in the first week.
Everything else was scatterbug and fletchlings from Japan.

And yeah, some Jap gave me a level 26 HA Froakie once with a ton of move and before releasing that fucker I decided to IV check him ... and it was a 5v. Decided to do that with ever Jap-mon I had and guess what?

Nothing but a whole-lot of shit.
Don't even seem like decent breeding flobs when you get a level 1 gastly with egg moves and all the IV guy says is "... looks decent".
