My guess is Germany, due to the large amount of German-speaking NPCs (Unova had French NPCs), but I have no idea on how they would try to implement it.

As much as I'd like to see it, I doubt they will. They've already gone for the "European cobbled streets and old castles" look with Kalos. And yes, I know that France and the UK are very different places, both in terms of architecture and climate, but remember

I would love an Italy-based region.
The central city would be Venice or a Rome-esque place. The trio would be based on the Arkangels, in collab with the Rome thing.
