Alright /vp/, I need your help. I want to raise an exploud, but I'm not sure what EVs to give it. Should I go for Special and Speed? Or should I just ignore the speed and go for HP?

depends on what you're doing with it

if you're running scarf, 252 sp attack and 252 speed, timid.

if you're running anything else, 252 HP and 252 special attack, modest
