Someone would have to make a chart of legible Pokemon otherwise everyone would just abuse it with over powered single stage mons.

OP here. I have to agree, no pokemon with no evolutions. I'm not sure if I should include pokemon with trade evolutions though.

This sounds really fun actually. Since eggs are hatched at level one it would be somewhat complicated. Expect for perfect IV breeders. Of course half of /vp/ knows how to breed. This sounds fantastically fun and I approve.

Here's what I got. Yellow is iffy and it's based off the concept of no evos, only single stages with low BST and generally mons that aren't clearly over-powered.

It's a start at least, feel free to fix stupid mistakes I made.

What about mons with baby forms.

Some baby forms are weak as shit with their evolutions also be weak but not so weak that it's terrible (Cleffa and Clefairy for example) but there are others like Magby and Magmar who's baby form is alright but evolved form clearly isn't? Should that be a case by case basis or should it be that baby forms are the only forms allowed to participate?
