>>16230691Sweet deal. Sub/Pass/Wish/Toxic isn't bad if you don't care about Taunt. Sub/Pass/Surf/Ice Beam is okay if you want Vaporeon to spend more time taking advantage of the Substitute.
I usually use Bold, 192 HP, 252 Def, 64 Speed if I remember right. (Puts Vaporeon at a Lefties number in terms of HP. Can't remember what it was supposed to outspeed, so the points may be better spend in another stat.
