If no one is really saying anything in the thread or bumping, you can usually find the regulars here. 90% chance you can find a battle in there if it's taking a while here.

And yes, if you're new to Multi Battles, it does indeed scale Pokemon of all levels up and down to LV50!
And heads up, if you have two teams, it does let you pick between Battle Box/In Party before choosing your 3 Pokemon.
