So I just realized (and by some miracle, it took me this long) that basically my entire team is weak to rock. Crobat (Weak) Togekiss (Weak) Arcanine (Weak) Shuckle (Weak, but eh) and then rotom-W and Aggron (not weak to rock, but 2x weak to ground when Mega). My question is: How fucked am I? I don't plan on doing much outside of Maison/Institute and battling randoms + friends, but still...that's a pretty glaring weakness. I feel like I could easily get swept by a rock user if Shuckle (and maybe Aggron) were gone. Also, I bred my Togekiss with a Bold nature, but I don't have any real sp.def on the team -- so should I give it HP/Sp.Def EVs or stick with HP/Def?

>>16240623 Play doubles. Stealth rock is nonexistent and the only common rock move is rock slide, which does not much damage.

>>16240623 If you're worried about SR, get Defog on Crobat. Lots of Pokemon carry rock moves for coverage though and bulky water types (Gastrodon, for example) do wreck you as well. You'll probably have to swap some mons out.

You're right though -- I guess this is what I get for trying to build a team from mons I love.

The only one that'll be a problem is maybe Crobat. And Arcanine because weak to EQ, but that's a problem anyways.

I use a Skill Link/Life Orb Cloyster with Rock Blast as my opener. I would eat your team for breakfast.

It's a great feeling when you're trying to pick the right pokemon for what you hope is the job.

Maison will use stealth rock in singles if your team is exceptionally weak to rock. A friend ran Greninja, Dragonite and Volcarona and eventually all his opponents led with a stealth rock Pokemon. It was pretty nuts.
