A Tyrunt being Jolly, even with max speed EVs and IVs, won't outspend anything.

You're wasting what you could use as an attack boost on a useless boost in speed.

Cloyster is a pretty good reason, along with tyranitar, jirachi with low speed investment, and metagross. If you're actually boosting speed it becomes even more important, as outspeeding a shell smashed cloyster after a rock-polish would be pretty crucial.
