This is Moralachu. Moralachu is a normal-type pokemon that gets picked on by Magikarps because it is so pathetically weak.
Every Moralachu has two constant companions, one is good and one is evil. Depending on which one it listen to, Moralachu can evolve into the fairy-type Kindaling or the dark/fire type Evilaling.
Moralachu has the ability Useless.
Useless -> This Pokemon's moves never have any PP. All it can do is Struggle.

Kindaling has the ability Love Sapper.
Love Sapper = Any time this pokemon effectively uses the move Attract, all of its stats go up by one level.
Evilaling has the ability Heart Breaker and the new move Abandon.
After this pokemon learns Attract it learns Abandon. Whenever this pokemon is infatuates another pokemon or becomes infatuated by the other pokemon, it can use abandon to break the infatuation.
Heartbreaker -> Whenever this pokemon successfully uses the move Abandon all of the opponents stats decrease one level and Evilaling's stats increase one level.
