It's not even a regional thing. I get 4-5IV adamant Gale Wing Fletchlings from japan in the same evening that I get an american derpmon that some jap guy was sending back out. Your best chance is wait until the casuals of a region are all sleeping. Even then, casuals in another region are just starting up.

What do you guys do with all the breeding rejects you get? I literally have boxes and boxes full of them and I'm really not sure I want to spend the time checking the IV's of them all when they're likely shit.

I just stopped WT'ing because I was beginning to get absolutely nothing worthwhile since Japan went to sleep. I was getting a ton of good stuff from Japan alone earlier.

I organize mine while breeding. I've got three boxes, one named "Breeding" what I'm breeding at the moment, (AKA what else I could use as parents), one named "Into the trash" which is what I just bred but was shit, and Leftovers, where I take everything from Breeding that was 4IV or higher and wondertrade it out.

I don't see a reason to ever completely stop, even if you're getting 9/10 derps, that's still pokemiles and possible leftovers.

If you breef rom 4/5 iv parents the rejects are gonna be likely at least 3ivs, so they are pretty cool stuff to start breding ( and they habben to have the right nature, egg moves and ability sometimes )
I usually check 5 mons a time, after i find the right ones, the orters in the WonderTrash they go
