what's a good Blissey counter? I cant take it down, and i dont really want a Bronzong with heal block and explosion on my team..

I just use Eviolite Doublade. I imagine Aegislash would be just as effective.

anything that can deal with toxic and then deal toxic works as well, like toxic heal gliscor, you can also set up a sub then attack it

Any powerful physical attacker is good.
My favorite is Scrafty with drain punch and dragon dance. Drain punch allows you to drain off Blissey's insane HP and keep healing Scrafty.

Hydration Goodra gives Chansey and Blissey a fuckton of problems, but can't do much in return. You can basically PP stall it to death though, assuming it stays in.
