Block the opponent from switching, PP stall them, then use Heal Pulse once they start struggling. The Leppa Berry restores your own PP as needed, and use Recycle to restore the Berry. You win when the opponent gets bored to death and forfeits.

Or there's the Spooky Boogie version that uses Shadow Force instead. That way, it can't get hit by Thunder or any other attacks that work on Flying Pokemon.

I don't know if they changed it at all, but since it requires an entire team where Shadow Force is the only attacking move, it's gimmicky and impractical as hell.

any op legendary could had possibly killed you at this point
u turn=depending on who is faster might be free damage

knock off=item gone u take damage
u turn=possibly free damage
