Adamant or Jolly Mold Breaker?

Alright, I have a Adamant: Mold Breaker Excadrill with 31/31/31/x/31/31.

Is the the Bulky Excadrill still viable with the new metagame? Or should I got for a Jolly Nature instead?

I just hatched him. So I was just curious as if he would be a more effective Rapid Spinner with a Adamant or Jolly nature in the meta-games current state. I haven't invested any EV's in him all at.

It's not that great as a bulky Pokemon, it gets OKHO'd by any SE attack no matter what. Fast is far better.

I like having enough speed to guarantee Rotom cannot outspeed it.
Otherwise Mold Breaker just seems like a waste.

There's also no way Excadrill is getting a sweep off in this meta. Priority bird and rabbit are too common for it to not be revenge killed asap. There's also Trevenant/Gourgeist that can take whatever Excadrill does and burn it.
