I mostly put up breeding rejects (4IV, wrong ability/gender, etc.), but sometimes I gather a bunch of Pumpkaboo/Machoke/Haunter/Kadabra and throw them up all at once. I usually nickname those.

i got a 5iv tyrunt with a beneficial nature and 4 egg moves. i really have no idea why it was wonder traded. what stats does the ferroseed have? maybe they were trying to get egg moves and that one didn't get them.

I've traded everything from random shit to breeding rejects. Even when I get random shit, I am excited for new Trainer IDs and PokeMiles, so that is great.

I usually nickname Pokemon, but my nicknames vary from a pun on the Pokemon's name that could have something to do with it, a cool nickname, or names like Samantha.

One caveat: I am sick of getting Fennekin and Charmander from Wonder Trade. I have never gotten any other starter.

Usually anything under 4 perfect IVs will go to WT. Some things, I keep, usually the 5 IV leftovers, shinies or the females for the very rare stuff, like Riolus.

I trade my bred rejects with less than 4IVs, wrong nature, or wrong ability.

I always check the IVs of pokemon I get in WT. Anything I get back that's shitty I release so that the cycle stops.

I put my rejects not good enough for trading on /v/ but still good enough for someone to get on Wondertrade. (Good IV males, Hidden ability females) and I retrade anything that is desirable but I don't want it. Females without premier balls and not good enough IV/Ability to trade here, Uncommon pokes someone might need for dex completion, Perfect IV females with the wrong ability that trolled the shit out of me.
Got a perfect IV female Bunnelby, had Cheek Pouch. Even the good IV Bunnelbys troll me.

For most species, 3 IV trade rejects.
If it has stuff like HA or egg moves or if it's a valuable species like a fossil or Friend Safari only, I'll put 1-2 IV rejects in, too.
I used to nickname every single one, but eventually stopped because I don't like re-using nicknames and I don't like naming them stupid shit.
