It's not like this matters. After all, you would've learned your opponents movesets anyways after a few turns. This will only make battles go quicker.
Some of us have jobs, friends, and girlfriends, anons. You know, LIVES. We don't have time for raising Pokemon and having long battles.
Think of it this way: Two guys are going to work. One guy drives his car there. However, the other detests cars, so he bikes instead.
Did they guy who drove "cheat'? Of course not. The same result was achieved, regardless of the method to achieve it.
Most of the time I'd just win anyway, so this just makes things less time-consuming.
