Can't use sweet scent when raining which attracts a horde every time.

Best EV hordes are on frequent rain routes.

It happened to me 3 times in a row once and I had to go somewhere inferior. Hasn't happened for a while though.

I don't see why people EV train with Pokemon anymore. Everytime I go to EV using Sweet Scent. I get like 5 hoards of other pokemon before I get the one I want. In that time, I could have just done one S.R regiment

It's not too bad now, just set up something to hold the right on the D-Pad or wedge something into the joypad at the big city's tower while you pokemon holds a soothbell and have befriending power on for 10 or 15 minutes and you'll get full happiness.

You gotta get a female with the ability in there at some point. If you aren't using a Ditto, the mom will pass her ability 80% of the time if it's regular, or 60% of the time if it's hidden.

Yeah maybe if you failed basic math. EV training is the easiest it's ever been and IV breeding is just tedious, albeit less of a headache than before.

Ive got the ev training down but the actual iv breeding part was tough for me three years ago.

I remember breeding a solar beam oddish/vileplume with 31 on spa which was cool but I never knew how to get it perfect.
