I always use Fire Fang incase some smartass Skarmory thinks they can whirlwind me and get away safety. It also tells Ferrothorn to fuck off as well.

I rarely see Faries aside from Clefable which isn't a huge issue as well so I just let Scizor take care of them.

I've been doing pretty well with these dudes in OU. Furfrou's set is the most open to debate, I keep swapping around Toxic and Sucker Punch with other filler.

It helps anytime you have anything that sets up in your team.

Example: You send your 30% Noivern against a Vaporeon, Switcheroo as he kills with Ice Beam, then send a Mawile for free SD. Otherwise your Mawile would get Scalded and of course burned.

I always run Switcheroo/Trick on anything that gets it.

Don't take this guy's advice, he doesn't know what he's talking about. After you Switcheroo your Choice Specs onto Vaporeon he is still able to pick his next move (he will not be locked into Ice Beam). So he can still Scald Mawile, and btw Vap's Scald will actually hurt thanks to choice specs you gave him :)

Where do I start?

Replace Stone Miss with Earthquake on Pinsir. Consider having Return over Thrash if you don't want to get locked in while your opponent still has a resist/priority user.
Storm Throw only gets to 90 power with a crit now (it got nerfed from a 2x to a 1.5x multiplier) Earthquake lets you dent Rock, Steel and Fire-types and hits Aegislash without the risk of getting an Attack drop with King's Shield.

Put Megahorn or Protect over Toxic Spikes on Scolipide.

Get something defensive with Rapid Spin or Defog. You depend on Speed Boost passing from Scolipede, but it and Volcarona and MPinsir won't last long with Stealth Rock up.

252 Speed Gyarados with Jolly is a waste. After Jolteon/Mega Gengar with 168 EVs, you're not outpacing anything terribly relevant or threatening. You're still going to lose to all the same scarfers, like (last gen's) Terrakion/Keldeo, U-turn Lando/Jirachi/Thundy what-have-you. The only thing I can think of is Modest Scarf Rotom-A (you lose to Timid scarf no matter what), but even that only needs 200 EVs in speed with Jolly. The rest should go to bulk.

(to be fair, you do need max speed Jolly to get the creep over Jolly Dragonite and the other base 80s, if that's a concern at all. On the other hand with Mold Breaker Ice Fang I doubt D-nite poses too much of a threat.)

Originally I had Excadrill with EQ, Rapid Spin and other useful moves in place of Metagross. I also had Protect on Scolipede with no spikes, as I had Toxic on a Vaporeon which was replaced by Clawitzer. I also debated with myself over Return to replace Thrash, so that's definitely what I'll do.
The reason I changed so much was purely so I could use Pokémon I liked more. Maybe I'll just stick to what I originally had.

I think Trick with Lefties wouldn't be so good. You're probably helping the Opponent. Maybe try Night Shade or something else?

You might also want to consider dropping Defog on Skarmory and using Rapid Spin on Excadrill, since you're running Rocks of your own.
