Good job looking at smogon without even knowing the least bit about what you're talking about.

Softboiled isn't even remotely legal in none pokebank. And even in pokebank so ungodly rare that recommending it for an in game team is laughable. You might as well tell people to run extremespeed on their linoones too.

I run this on my Clefable. In maison it's very difficult to bring down. In Multi doubles it's pretty sturdy as long as you kill off the Scizors. I haven't used it too much in singles yet.

Know of any good sets that utilize Magic Guard? Or does that ability not work too well with Clefable.

Magic Guard and Unaware are pretty much interchangeable. They just swap out what you are immune too.

With Unaware you can be toxic'd to death and leach seeded and such. With magic guard you leave your opponent open to set up on you while you stall them out.

Okay, cool. I was thinking of switching out Toxic for Fire Blast to deal with steel types that try to switch in.

You're falling into the pit trap of trying to make one pokemon do everything. It's a team game. Put something else on your team that effectively deals with steel types.

There's no point in taking away something Clefable does well in order to make it do something it does only average at.

If you wanna run attacks run calm mind with Fire Blast, Thunderbolt and Moonblast. Or any number of myriad options. Clefable has a gigantic movepool.
