Pokerus travels along this line as displayed in my shitty mspaint picture for you. It travels in both directions and has a 50% chance to jump after each battle. It can jump more than once.
To have it transfer you cannot have a pokemon with immunity in one of those slots because it will break its ability to transfer to the next one along the line.

Just place the poke with rus next to the gligar in the slot list and run from battles. Yes you can pass it by running once you get into battle. HA does not matter.
