Hey /vp/, so after I beat the Elite Four I didn't give a fuuuuuck about anything else, but, now I'm growing bored of breeding, Friend Safaris, etc

I need a step-by-step, holding my hand, pre-chewing my food and spoon feeding it to me type of guide on what to do story-wise, legendary-wise and whatever else after beating the Elite Four and getting nicknamed starter from WhatsHerFace.

As you can probably tell, I'm mostly a casualfag (unless there's Pokegen). Sue me.
