Mega charizard y moveset

What should his forth move be? Dragon dance or focus blast?

If you want a speed boost just run Flame Charge or Tailwind.

Personally I'm fond of Roost as the 4th move. Charizard is surprising bulky and it's helpful when the other dude tries to wall you. But I also run Air Slash over Dragon Pulse.

Focus Blase is ok, also consider Air Slash. Earthquake takes care of some threats even though it's physical.

Why

If anything, just get a second STAB, you don't need Dragon Pulse because it's non-STAB neutral coverage on everything but Dragons, who take enough damage from your other moves for you not to care nearly as much about that. Make the last slot Focus Blast to predict t-tar switch ins.

If you run sticky web you can outpace Garchomp and take it down with DPulse.
