This guy really should have gotten a Mega Evolution - he's one of the most popular Gen I Pokémon, and it would have given an opportunity to improve on his rather polarizing design.

Actually, why not have two?

-Mega Dragonite X: Dragon/Fairy, blue and graceful and serpentine and resembles Dragonair. Ability is Multiscale, more defensively oriented of the two.
-Mega Dragonite Y: Dragon/Fighting, looks like a fiercer version of Dragonite with more developed arms and legs. Ability is Justified, more offensively oriented of the two.
