see smogon for movesets/ev spreads

change them to match your preference/playstyle as you get more comfortable

Well, you got Skarm/Bliss/Cune/Celebi/Forretress for hardstall and can choose between Tyranitar, Politoed, Donphan and Scizor for the last slot. You might also play Xatu/Espeon.

You could also go full rain with Poli, Kingdra and Azumarill. Add Celebi and Forretress or Skarm and Blissey.

until you can legally get a celebi from pokebank, maybe you could try magic bounce espeon

also, notable gen 2 mons are smeargle, heracross (mega), and quagsire

scizor and azumarill dont need speed

celebi and blissey are walls, while ttar is a bulky attacker

fortress is for hazard control

Xatu (Trick Room setter)
Porygon2 (Trick Room setter)
Ursaring (TR sweeper)
Granbull (TR sweeper, Dragon blocker)
Ampharos (if Megas are allowed - TR sweeper)
Crobat - backup if TR goes down and can't be set back up

There are different possible TR sweepers, too, like Steelix, but I think those are the strongest.
