I'm constantly surprised by people suggesting Grass Knot as a viable move. I dislike the idea that it's power is dependent upon something that is so outside of your control. Are there really enough heavy grass Pokémon to justify it?

Mon only needs to be 25kg to match Hidden Power. Sure it's not gonna do shit to a Rotom, but neither will HP Fighting.

There are very few Pokemon that will take more damage from HP Fighting than the other moves. It's just 60 BP...

Really, just normal types will take more, or I guess pure Ice types (water/ice gets slain by GK, Aurorus by Surf, etc)

Grass Knot or Extrasensory.

There's also Spikes, which will turn you into a Ground type and block Smogon Washing Machine's Volt Switch.

That's the set I'm running and I have nothing to complain. Extrasensory is required so you can shit on Fighting types instead of getting your ass handed by them.

I use to use a physical set with sash acrobatics mat block uturn that way you can set up turn one with mat block, uturn out if needed and if you can stay in use your fourth move, get hit to 1hp and acrobatics.
