I bought it today on sale knowing that it might be fake, but I have seven days to return it so I thought it was worth it anyway.
It doesn't have a metallic label or small raised/indented numbers. It boots normally and seems to save okay. The small seal on the bottom left says 'Official Nintendo Seal of Quality' rather than 'Official Nintendo Seal.' The color of the actual cartridge isn't translucent green, but rather a slate gray.

Sorry for the picture, it's the absolute best I can do. My camera's from 2005, and my cellphone is worse.
If there's a picture guide to identifying a fake, It would be fucking great if someone could post it. I've googled around, but I figured you guys know the best.
