Especially with how nerfed Dark/fighting was, Scrafty would love one. Tons of things like Eelektross, the starters, a bunch of the random Pokemon like Gigalith, Musharna, Gothitelle, the Monkeys, Lilligant, Escavalier, Heatmor, Mandibuzz, Braviary, Druddigon, Meinshao, Beheeyem, Vanilluxe even would've loved a mega evolution to make them any sort of notable.
