haha. he deserved that.
relying on paraflinch is boring, though you have a chance of eliminating a threat with that strat, it can be unreliable

I have a paraflinch Togekiss in gen 5. I really liked using it, but I fully accept that it won't always work out in my way, and the rest of my team works well with it- I can even find use for my Togekiss outside of paraflinching and often do. If my Togekiss faints, complete the match. If I lose it's because I played poorly or my opponent played better, they deserve the win and hopefully I can learn from it.

But I'm not against so-called hax at all, it's a risk vs. reward thing, like anything else. That Stone Edge you want to use? Unless the Pokémon has a very shallow movepool you take its chance to miss into consideration both when team building and every time you use it in battle. Same with the chances for paralysis, flinching, or whatever else, and you try not to be a one trick pony who only uses the same risky strategy.

the thing is, relying entirely on the strategy is what makes people hate against it. You are the kind of person who uses it well and accept its pros and cons.

I used a paraflinch kiss too, and I rarely actually used the strat, instead opting for paralysis/encore support and flinching when I'm completely cornered. Paraflinch doesn't work to well for me sometimes
