Flamethrower can be switched out for things like Aura Sphere and Nasty Plot, generally that fourth slot is just a "whatever you want" sorta deal.

Shit damage is shit damage. It'll only revenge-kill things that were near death anyway, and why use that when you've got shit like Talonflame that'll revenge-kill things at full health. Togekiss doesn't even get STAB on it anymore, so even less of a reason to use that set. Just use paraflinch or the bulky Life Orb 3 attacks+roost set.
