Those EV lower berries also help if you have em since they also raise happiness

If you just train it without having it faint much it'll evolve in due time
Mine started evlolving at 25 which is good cuz it got crazy speed stats

Go to the centre of the big ass city where the eiffel tower thing is.
Get on your bike.
Tape down the left/right button.
Walk away
You character will cycle round and round for hours and hours, which will build up your friendship levels as friendship increases with your walking.
Come back
Level it up.
