I just gotten a Shiny Protean Fraokie that's Hasty, and perfect IVs in Attack, and Speed.
Is it trainable? or should I box it?
I came up with a move set that may work, but it might be too gimmick-y.
>Fling "King Rock"
>Acrobats
>Wallfall/Water Shuriken
>Hidden Power "Ghost"

That's all I got.
