Still inferior to Clefable in almost every way, bad ability, bad stats, awesome movepool. Only reason to maybe use it over Clefable is for the Ghost immunity.

Damn... I'm trying to put together a cute and fluffy team and it's a complete pain in the arse trying to find a niche for Wigglytuff when I've already got Clefable.

Does competitive trigger on self-inflicted stat drops? Not that he seems to have any way of taking advantage of that.

Competitive and Defiant cannot be exploited in any way. They are completely dependant on your opponent's pokémon.

Ah okay, having just been through his movepool several times, he has literally nothing that will lower his own stats, so that idea is out the window regardless of how the ability actually works.

...he means they can't be exploited by using moves that lower your own stats to max out your attack/special attack, not that they're completely useless in all situations.
