I just spent my time making about 13 happy hour smeargles and I'll be giving them out.
You can give me anything in return But just give breeding leftovers or something, you can do better than shitmons.
I might end up getting a few more smeargles if I get some nice trade offers for them. Also, if this gets a lot of responses / is well received I will probably do this again another day.

It is only available from an event in Japan where an Inkay had it.
