it's not affected by super effectiveness or resistance so there is good reason to suspect it won't be affected by the damage drop of parental bond

Parental Bond Siesmic Toss always does 200HP of damage, basically 2hkoing damn near everything not named Vaporeon and isn't a Ghost.

Wish Kanga is only available from a Leafgreen event though, isn't it? It's pretty gay that you can get a perfect 6IV Wish Kanga on Showdown considering that one of those probably doesn't even exist in "real life."

It is only outsped by things with a scarf with at least 101 base speed, the common things that fast with a Scarf are Garchomp and Greninja, neither of those can OHKO either.

That would make sense, though. DD boosts speed by 1.5, Choice Scarf boosts speed by 1.5. Since Garchomp is already faster, if you boost both of their speeds equally, Garchomp will still come out faster.

You're probably better off with Fire Punch: it only does a bit less than Flamethrower, and it's better coverage.

Coverage wasn't the right word, sorry. The difference in BP really only helps you for Physical walls, but, to be honest, I see why Flamethrower might be more useful now.
