Fairly commonly more recently. It's better neutral coverage these days, and then you have shit like contrary leaf storm coming sometime, power whip ferrothorn, horn leech trevenant, giga drain on various Pokemon, etc

That still seems pretty situational, grass is still a fairly uncommon attacking type even if Giga Drain has a couple abusers.

Granted it covers his only weakness but I feel like he would still remain outclassed in OU if that was all he got.
