I never realized Gourgeist's face was on the top. It's adorable.

Serebii lists the largest size as "very rare". How fucked am I going to be trying to get one that's female and Impish (synchronize)?

It will be a pain, since enounter rate is like 1-5% of super size.
Try asking around for someone that has a SS female gourgeist. Even if it does not have a nature, you can use a ditto to breed a new one with SS.
