So can we agree this was the worst gen made so far?

did you play b2/w2 the plot was great

in bw2 you could : Battle cynthia once a day, challenge colress once a day, tons of legendarys (cresselia, resheriam/zekrom, sinnoh lake trio, regis, regigigas), battle N once a season with his strong ass weather team, battle your rival once a day, PWT, all the exp farming in black tower/white tree hollow.

I know this is bait, but I kinda agree with the OS bit. The battle themes were great, but the only other track I found memorable was B/W1 N's Castle.

Hey /vp/! I just recently picked up the Zelda 3DSXL bundle and a copy of Pokemon X for Black Friday and I am loving it. Last Pokemon game I played was Black and I only made it halfway through and before that was Generation 2 (which I replayed along with 1 at least a dozen times. I completely skipped Gen 3 and 4. Is it worth it to pick them up and finish Gen 5 or should I say fuck it and just focus on X/Y until the next one?

It's really your call. I would say to go for it. Emerald and Platinum were fantastic games, IMO, and they would help you get acquainted to the various Pokemon you missed out.
