Any idea how to use this ruse doge competitively? I know his defenses are wafer thin, but does he have some viability at all? Movesets?

I actually got fucked up by one using copycat with a focus sash. It copied explouds boomburst

Team preview fucks it over but there are ways to use that to your advantage, people always think you'll lead with it if they see it

Zoroark really isn't all that bad. At least on online play like Free and Rating Battles. I used in Gen V

Personally never tried it myself. Like I said, that was Gen V and it was such an amazing counter to dragons who were 4x weak to Ice. Now with HP weakened I can see why you would wanna replace it.

zoroark is swing or miss. frail defense, predictable start and/or switch in(depending), but he makes for a decent special sweeper. if you can just switch him in or out when the opponent leasts expect it he becomes incredibly fun to use

In gen 5 UU he was an amazing Heracross partner. Without fail, I would send in "Heracross", they'd send Chandelure, and I'd KO on the switch with Dark Pulse. He's really good, but try not to over think how to utilize his ability, just use him as a sweeper and let the illusion be the icing.

I always had decent success pairing Zoroark with ghosts (chandelure specifically, but gengar sometimes).
Try to confuse the opponent with double switching. Tempting either a fighting move on the ghost, or psychic/dark on Zoroark.
