Rotom-Heat is UU by usage statistics. It's no problem. You also shouldn't feel bad for using Rotom-Wash and other OU mons. No reason to shoot yourself in the foot because some neckbeards on /vp/ told you that you cannot use Pokemon that work.

Not the guy you're talking to, but it is good, just not as good as other megas. Its basically a mix between the two most common Gyara sets.

Very good if you know how to use it. Only Mega Evolve when necessary (Rotom-W switch-in on the turn you Dragon Dance). It works exceptionally well with another Pokemon that CAN Mega Evolve, but doesn't have the item (Gengar is a good choice for this).

Ovenmon is significantly easier to deal with than washmon, but it's still incredibly useful, no need to be a pussy.
