i cant find any megastones. what am i doing wrong?

i defeated that girl in the safari town and went to anistar to meet with the professor yesterday. i checked all the hot locations today and found nothing. am i missing something?

Just set your 3ds clock to 8 pm and go get them. You have until 9 Pm but you can just keep setting it at 8.

What? I reset mine all the time.I mean fuck I reset mine yesterday and picked up the time related TM today from that hex maniac or whatever. I reset to get the stones and got them all just fine. Where did this 3 day rumor come from and is there a source on what it disables?
