I know right? I was breeding some to get ready for the give away when I learn it only learns one move by level up. That move isn't even it's type at that! So I got no idea what he is good at for what I should give him as an egg move.

If you're going for a theme thing, I'd say Bestow is a move befitting of Delibird. Fling could fit too and is a TM so simple as pie to get that.
