Unless the event in question is locked into the nature you want, it's just as easy to RNG for stationary legends and only slightly harder to RNG for random wilds using Sweet Scent.

Gen V RNG abuse is pretty easy, especially if you're abusing legendaries/gifts/events. Eggs aren't much harder. The only things that are somewhat difficult are Entralink pokemon and shiny roamers. BW2 can be a pain, but only because it has a much wider range of possible timer0's.

If you want a challenge, try FRLG abuse.

R/S abuse is quite easy, although you need a cart with a dead/removed battery.

FRLG is pretty difficult, however. No one has really bothered to write a guide on it so far, but there's enough info out there for people to figure out the general method of approach on their own.

You can always try this and see if it works. I'm not positive it applies to gen V games though.

Alright it looks like you DO still need to find and check the IVs of a shiny Pokemon.

Anyone remember if they brought the EV reducing berries back in BW2? Or if you can use it with the shiny Haxorus you can find in the game?

I tested it out with a shiny Staryu I RNG'd in White version and got this.

Of course, that OTs actual SID is 18787, so I'm not sure how reliable this method is. Maybe I fucked up or something.
