As someone who plays legit, I'm going to be a little fanny-flustered when hackers get perfect IVs on pokes with tutor moves (and even worse, event moves). I was lucky to get 3 perfect IVs on something after hours of breeding in White.

Right? I just went back and checked the IVs of my old "well bred" pokemon from 4th and 5th gen, they all had 1-2 perfect IVs at most. The rest of their IVs were probably on the upper end, but that's still not good enough.

The only pokebank mon I'm really looking forward to is Mismagius.

Well breeding is pretty easy in XY, and rumor has it you can't even use Pokes in online battles if they're not bred/caught in Kalos.
