I was thinking of using one with the following set, just to disrupt enemy setups:
Careful/sassy
leftovers
defog
knock off
roost
u-turn/whirlwind

I never know how to set up EVs until the last minute, but probably max HP and split S.Def and Att on her. I'm also torn between whirlwind for phasing, and trying to tank a hit then switch with u-turn and -speed nature after clearing the field.

Well knock off did get buffed, and if the goal of u-turn is to pass to a potentially fragile sweeper, i'd like to maximize the damage it deals, but there may well be diminishing returns in that spproach. On the whirlwind set it's probably better to just maximize defenses since you only have one attack and attrition going for it, but i'm on the fence about survivability vs damage on a hit and run approach

I have no idea what to do with evs or nature on this thing. I'm running impish with 248 HP and max def now but I feel like splitting defenses would be better.

I run an annoying red card whirlwind knock off set. Knock off is seriously underrated.

Not anymore, motherfucker. Denying walls their Leftovers and doing surprising damage while you do it is immense, not enough people have caught on is all. Just wait.

Red Card is the underrated one. I use it on my Forretress and let shit dance their asses off as I lay my traps, then survive the hit with Sturdy and send them on their way.

Anyway, I prefer to run Foul Play > Knock Off. People are idiots and think it's OK to try and set up SDs.
I've litterally swept teams using that.

You're obviously going to want Roost. So as not to become Taunt bait you're going to need Knock Off too, or even Brave Bird. You also want Taunt to stop people setting up on you, or if they've already set up you might want Whirlwind to get them out of there. Of course you might want to take advantage of set-ups and run STAB Foul Play. Then there's Defog this gen which you might find supports your shit.
