Personally I prefer X-scissor on Pinsir over Return, but that's me. also, try switching it's ability to moxie instead of mold breaker. you can kill stuff with quick attack and get a +1 attack before mega evolving
I don't have any experience with Florges so I don't really know what to say there. looks fine. Although petal dance is risky, with it locking in and shit, lots and lots resist grass moves.
Kingler looks cool. I love Kingler. Though I'm not sure how well he'll do. He (and your team in general) would love some sticky web support. perhaps in place of furret.
