Shit does suck, I've always kind of liked Poison, admittedly at 1 point it was to be sort of a hipster because it was the worst type, but now its more credible with fairy and it really deserves a legendary.

Not that pokemon would ever have a sentient cloud of nuclear fallout because this is japan we're talking about, but still. There's not much else that would fit the bill for a legendary poison type.
