what can Kecleon do with his piss ass speed and terrible phys defense? you can tank some sp deffers sure, and maybe get +1 with power up punch so you attack will be slightly over 200 but that doesn't stop opponent from switching a physical attacker into you and fucking you over in one hit because you don't have bulkup or anything that raises your piss def, and sucker punch or shadow sneak won't help you much here
