And it's even one of my favorites. With the right build you get amazing bulk that can make use of Static, which works well with Confuse Ray. It also has a bunch of support moves, dat Cotton Guard and if you don't want to use leftovers, a Mega. How you'll make it work is all up to you.

I've only been its mega form now. It's just amazing. Modest nature with Agility/Thunderbolt/Dragon Pulse/Focus Blast.

One use of Agility and you'll be outspeeding anything with less than 110 base speed. And Mold Breaker fucks over so many things that would counter it. Volt Absorb, Lightning Rod, Multiscale, Sturdy, and more!

It's always hilarious when someone sends Dragonite out in an attempt to stop it, only to have it die in one hit. Fuck your Multiscale.

I don't think so. It has enough bulk to survive a few hits (90/105/110) and you could always just use Agility again. With a Modest nature, you're looking at a maximum of 471 SpA, so it's definately going to do some damage.

Anything that's already a special wall. However:

252+ SpA Mega Ampharos Focus Blast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Assault Vest Tyranitar in Sand: 308-364 (90.3 - 106.7%)

I don't know if the new standard Assault Vest Tyranitar uses SpD investment, but there you go. Goodra can wall it well though...

252+ SpA Mega Ampharos Dragon Pulse vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Assault Vest Goodra: 170-204 (44.2 - 53.1%)

I run Assault Vest Goodra as Modest with 252 HP and SpA, with 4 in SpD. Obviously a more defensive one would wall it much better.

I haven't played much in 6th gen yet, but I used to do pretty well in OU in 4th/5th gen with stuff like
scarf mold breaker pinsir (had fun ruining gengars days)
sap sipper zebra with Overheat (certain breloom builds, ferrothorn)
sandslash with rapid spin and Counter, nobody ever sees it coming

One of my favorites is a Golem lead though, Rock blast along with Sturdy and Custap berry. When Cloyster was a common lead it was fun one shotting them. His base attack is even higher now too!

Guts raises the Attack stat by 50% while affected by the burn, paralysis, poison, or sleep status ailments. The Attack drop from burn does not occur.

The Choice Band is a item that increases the holder's Attack by 50%. However, the holder is permitted to use only one move.

a nice alternative to facade is return the maximum power of return is like 102 so your stab bonus will power that up to 153pr.

788 power if suffering and using a choice band.if your partnering pokemon has toxic and it moves before your ursaring you can give it the boost it needs turn 1 then turn 2 u can use trick room and sweep.
788 power and a 210 power move i think u can sweep with that.

I did the calcs assuming it had a boosting nature with 252 in HP and Attack with 4 in SpD, 252 in SpD and Attack with 4 in HP, and 252 in HP and SpD.

252+ SpA Mega Ampharos Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 4+ SpD Assault Vest Tyranitar in Sand: 280-332 (69.3 - 82.1%)
252+ SpA Mega Ampharos Focus Blast vs. 4 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Tyranitar in Sand: 224-264 (65.4 - 77.1%)
252+ SpA Mega Ampharos Focus Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Assault Vest Tyranitar in Sand: 224-264 (55.4 - 65.3%)

Still guaranteed a 2HKO, provided Focus Miss hits. I also did the calcs for Mega Tyranitar, but even with full investment in HP and SpD, it was doing 72% minimum. Amphy strong!

Once it's set up'd with SubSD, it's unstoppable, Acrobatics and Leaf Blade has so much coverage, and his incredible speed can outspeed almost everything in RU, even more after Acrobatics.

Obviously just Cosmic Power up, and hit with Stored Power when very defensive. It's not perfect, but you can make some kids really mad when their M-Blazikens are HJKing for about 10 HP loss

Azumarill is usually physical, but with its slight Special buff this gen (SpA increased by 10 points) it *can* be run special.
You probably want four out of:
-Waterfall
-Play Rough
-Ice Punch (Gen 4 tutor)
-Superpower
-Aqua Jet (Egg move)
-Power-Up Punch
-Belly Drum (egg move)

For yours, I'd suggest Waterfall, Play Rough, Aqua Jet and Power-Up Punch. Belly Drum+Aqua Jet is very nice though.

Just keep Steelix away from special attackers and it walls every living thing with a 508 Defense stat. Access to SR and Dragon Tail/ Roar allows phazing all day erry day. And its Gyro ball HURTS.

Hitmonchan with Iron Fist and the punches blows through shit like crazy, the opponent can never really be safe with what they through in due to the fact you have access to HARD hitting elemental punches and Drain Punch for recovery, it even has surprisingly good special bulk and can take psychics and then OHKO whatever attacked it with a punch

Setting up with this thing is so fucking easy, and nobody expects it. Just spam Curse, and watch as people fail to even dent you with the strongest of Focus Blasts and Power-Up Punches.

As long as you time it right, you can Baton Pass into something with any priority Physical move, and fucking wreck. I usually use Scizor for the hell of it.

Why do people think this is a good idea?

252HP / 128DEF / 128SDEF would be much more effective if you weren't trying to hit any specific numbers, you're wasting half your EVs by putting them in both defenses like that. You get about the same amount of bulk from just maxing HP as you do from maxing both defenses, depending on the base stats.

NEVER put EVs in either defense before HP unless its something like Blissey or Vaporeon with very high base HP. Always do HP first.

Boomburst is great and all, but I still can't make a good set for Exploud,
It gets 2HKO by any strong stab so basically it can only take one mon down with it. Then I tried Assault Vest but then Boomburst fails to OHKO.
I thought of Trick Room but TR only works in doubles and Exploud definitely does not play well with others, you can't even pair it with Dusknoir because of Scrappy.
